Definitions:
Company: Emirates Minting Factory LLC and its
branches.
Website: www.emiratesminting.ae.
User/Customer/You: Any individual registering or
using the Website.
Registration Information: Details submitted during
sign up (name, email, phone, ID/Passport).
Representative: Person you appoint to perform a Top
Up or Item Pickup on your behalf.
Top Up: Adding funds to your Emirates Minting
account.
Items: Precious metals or related products you
purchase.
Services: Buying, selling, and account management
features offered on the Website.
Eligibility & Registration:
Age & Capacity: Must be at least 18 years old
and able to contract under UAE law.
Accurate Information: You must provide complete,
current, and truthful Registration Information.
Verification: Account activation requires
successful identity verification—OTP to email/phone and ID/Passport
check.
Account Security & Privacy:
Credentials: You are solely responsible for
protecting your login details and account activity.
Unauthorized Access: Promptly notify the Company of
any suspected breach.
Data Use: Your personal data will be collected,
stored, and used per UAE data protection laws and our Privacy
Policy.
User Conduct & Obligations:
Lawful Use: You shall not engage in fraud, money
laundering, or other illegal activities.
Information Updates: You must promptly update any
change to your personal information.
Market Risks: You acknowledge that precious metal
values fluctuate and the Company isn’t liable for market driven
losses.
Special Account Conditions
Deceased Account: Legal heirs must submit a UAE
Court Order to claim or access the account.
Unclaimed Orders:
o After 30 days unpicked, a 1% storage fee applies.
o You’ll receive notice 7 days before fees start.
o If fees equal the Item value and no response, the Company may
confiscate Items to cover charges.
Dormant/Inactivity:
o Inactivity for 180 days renders an account dormant.
o You will be notified beforehand; reactivation requires login and
following instructions.
o Updating personal details remains your responsibility; the Company
isn’t liable for issues due to outdated information.
Limitation of Liability:
Unauthorized Use: Company not liable for losses
from your failure to secure credentials.
Market Fluctuations:Company not responsible for
price changes of precious metals.
Representative Actions: Company’s sole liability is
to verify Representatives and credit Top Ups or release Items upon
valid pickup.
Data Protection:
Your Consent: By using our Services, you consent to
data collection, storage, and processing as per UAE law.
Confidentiality: Both you and your Representatives
must keep sensitive account and transaction details private.
Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund
within 7 days of delivery if the product is in unused, original
condition.
Packaging and Return Shipping: You must securely
package the item and label it with our address.
If you arrange your own courier, you are responsible for any damage
or loss in transit.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect the
returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business
days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
A 4% administration fee (based on total order value) will apply to cover handling costs.
Price Fluctuations: Because gold and silver prices
change daily, any loss or gain in metal value between your purchase
date and refund date is your responsibility.
Delivery Charges: In case of cancelation or refund
the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy:
We ship via Brinks for insured, trackable delivery within the
UAE.
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight,
destination, and declared value.
You bear shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control
(e.g., weather).
Delivery Policy:
The standard UAE delivery time is 1-2 business days after
dispatch.
You will receive email and SMS with tracking details once your order
ships.
The courier requires an approved ID at delivery.
If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and attempt
redelivery.
Miscellaneous:
Governing Law: UAE law governs this Agreement;
disputes to be resolved in Dubai courts.
Modification & Termination: Company may amend
or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or at its sole
discretion.
Entire Agreement: These terms supersede all prior
understandings; no additional terms apply unless agreed in writing
by the Company.
